I didn't read the woman's article but I don't think I need to by reading yours its sad that some women are raised into thinking its about going places and doing things for themselves. I used to think I wanted independency for myself but I wont go into that. I LOVE having a "partner in crime" and raising my son. It terrifies me at times but every day I lay down to go to sleep and look forward to beginning again. I don't know if words can do it justice. Although your words, so perfectly put, are right on. I'm so glad that my culture (Mormon culture) doesn't deceive me into thinking I am only relevant if I am "equal" (but what this lady really means is "the exact same") to a man. The irony of the "feminist" movement is that they are trying to be the exact same as men, rather than embracing and celebrating the uniqueness of being a woman.
